For Rugs Selections

Return request must be raised within 3 days, after receipt or order

We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time. The logistics cost of sending the item back to our facility shall be borne by the customer.

On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

For Furniture Selections

We do not offer returns or exchange services on any purchases of furniture objects. All sales are final.

In case there are any manufacturing defects in the products shipped, the customer needs to notify us via email at hello@ladimoraselections.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will send our team to fix the defects.

For Home Decor Selections 

CANCELLATION

As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason, write to us at hello@ladimoraselections or Whats-app us at the following number within 12 hours of ordering +91-9871221684.

NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, La Dimora Selections reserves the right to deny future orders.

For our products which are hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Our return policy is applicable within 1 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged Product, Genuine Manufacturing Defect & Incorrect Product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. 2. All our products are made handmade by artisans , one at time, making each piece unique, due to which slight variation may occur. Minor scratches cannot be considered as defect and will not be applicable for a return/refund.

If you receive a defective / incorrect product please get in touch with us in 24 hrs of delivery. Please ensure you take pictures and an unboxing video and share us on hello@ladimoraselections

NOTE : WITHOUT A PRODUCT UNBOXING VIDEO, THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE. THIS IS TO ENSURE TRUST BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.

1. On receiving your complaint, La Dimora Selections shall verify the authenticity and the nature of complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, La Dimora Selections will start initiating the replacement process immediately.

In order to exchange the product we are required to comply with the below mentioned product:

1. Please notify La Dimora Selections of receipt of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 12 hrs of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 12 hrs, La Dimora Selections will not be liable for the failure to replace the product.

2. Products have to be unused.

3. Products has to be returned in original packing and once it reaches our warehouse and a check is done by our internal team, we will start the process of refund/exchange.

4. Pickup will be arranged by La Dimora Selections.

5. The returned product is subject to verification and checks by La Dimora Selections in order to check the legitimacy of the complaint only after which we will initiate the exchange/refund process.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

1. In case on non-availability of the product, you will be informed and you will receive a store credit in return.

2. We request you to look at the product specifications and see if the wished product fits perfectly in your place.

3. All sales are final.

4. All glass items are handcrafted in nature and may come with some bubbles which will not be considered as a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for returns.

5. There is no warranty on any of our products.

6. To be eligible for any kind of return for store credit, the back and forth shipping along with 3% transaction cost is to be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to update, to change any part of shipping, cancellations or return and exchange policy. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically.
